How do I book an appointment?
​You can book online through our website, by phone, or by email.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes — we provide flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to fit your travel timeline.
What forms of payment do you accept?
​We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfer.
Does OHIP or private insurance cover travel vaccines or consults?
Travel vaccines and consultations are not covered by OHIP. Some private insurance plans may cover part of the cost — check with your provider.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of $25.
